I wrote in my last post that I hoped that I could still be in the swing of things for my workouts and eating right. Well I haven't ran but I have done my ab workout and have lifted weights a total of 3 other times since my last post. Not the greatest but certainly a lot better than just sitting there. I did well all last week, even doing good when I was out partying it up on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Everything went pretty good and I think I did alright. Today I find out if this week was good or bad. In my head I did good from how far I've come since the middle of December. If I do gain some weight like a pound or two it will be okay because I know that I'm doing so much better and that I'm getting back into the swing of things.

Yesterday was hard for me. I was so completely hungry all afternoon. Despite having my slice of pizza and a coke zero at lunch, I decided to have Chocolate Yogurt to finish it off. Not bad choices still shouldn't have been that hungry. I was so hungry when I went back to work that I got Cheetos and I definitely did not need them! So for dinner. Well dinner was quite interesting. I usually hate making stuff for just me because I hate having tons and tons of leftovers and then I'm force to eat that same food for a week straight. Yesterday was no different however I was hungry for Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. I had a weight watchers recipe for mini chocolate chip cookies so I decided to make the dough and then portion out my teaspoons of cookies so I knew how many points I was consuming. It was genius and I'm so happy because I satisfied myself but I was still on track with my points. The only downfall? Well after eating a ton of dough I was hungry later for a Cheeseburger and fries from McDonald's. I did eat that but it went into my extra points so I was okay.

I'm doing better and trying to gain control on my eating habits once again. I've come along way from where I started back in April 2008 but I need to refocus and remember what I'm aiming at.

Wish me luck readers!
